Competitions

Calling all budding bakers, makers, photographers, knitters and stitchers...  Now is the time to get the recognition you deserve for your creative talents by entering the Town Show competitions.

This year we are delighted to share that the competitions have again been sponsored by Hobbycraft Maidenhead - and each category winner will receive a £5 Hobbycraft voucher.  The overall/adult 'Best in Show' will also receive a Hobbycraft hamper and a sun-flower themed keepsake - in memory of the show founder and Craft Coop director Deborah Jones - made by Nicky Walsh from Threads Apart.

Entry Fees: £1 per item per adult – up to a maximum of £5.00 (after that, entry is free).  These proceeds will be donated to TVAP.   Children's entries are FREE - and their best in show will receive a family Legoland voucher!

All entries should be brought to the event venue in the Nicholsons Centre on Sunday 19 October between 10.30am and 12:00pm only.  Judging will take place from 12:30 to 1:30. You are requested to collect your entries and take them home between 4:00 and 4:30pm, after the public have had a chance to view.
