December Community Christmas Village
Saturday 12 December 10am-4pm
Local shopping meets a wider programme of Christmas activities. We are planning workshops, live demonstrations, family-friendly competitions, local choirs and festive entertainment. A Christmas grotto is also being explored. We'll share the confirmed programme as arrangements come together.
A familiar community and a new gathering
There will be no Maidenhead Town Show in 2026 following the closure of the Nicholsons Centre. While the show takes a break, Together in Town brings together family faces and new participants to keep local creativity and community connections flourishing.
Some of the collective previously worked in or around the Nicholsons Centre; other share the same enthusiasm for bringing people together. Craft Coop is coordinating events with High Street Methodist Church whose generous support provides a new home for these activities.
The Town Show's history will be archived within this website - and we hope that there will be opportunities for it to return in the future.
